1.Employee Benefits Measures and Implementation

In addition to handling statutory benefit measures in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, the Company has established an Employee Benefit Committee to be responsible for planning and implementing employee benefits and promoting the good development of the Company's human resources.

At present, the main points of the company's employee benefit measures are as follows :

  1. The company's statutory Benefit measures: national health insurance, labor insurance, appropriation of Labor Retirement Reserves, appropriation of arrears of wages compensation fund, appropriation of occupational accident insurance, appropriation of labor pensions.
  2. The company specially provides: annual festival and performance bonus, subsidy for meal, employee education and training plan, employee group insurance and health check.
  3. The Employee Benefit Committee provides: wedding and funeral subsidies, community activities, travel activities, children's scholarships, and other various convenience and preferential activities. The company spent NT$ 238,000 on employee benefits (birthday, travel and three festival bonuses) in 2017

2.Employee education and training
Talent is the most important core competitiveness of the company, and continuous education and training can stimulate the personal potential of employees, enhance employee knowledge, and make effective use of manpower

The measures to implement the employee training policy can be roughly divided into the following two ways

  1. Pre-employment training
  2. On-the-job training - company internal training operations - company external training operations

3.Retirement system and its implementation The pension system of the "Labor Pension Regulations" applicable to the company is a definite retirement plan managed by the government
The pension is allocated to the individual account of the Bureau of Labor Insurance at 6% of the employee's monthly salary. Employees of the subsidiary Suzhou Longden, who are members of the retirement benefit plan operated by the China government
. The subsidiary shall, in accordance with local laws and regulations, allocate pension insurance premiums according to local standard wages and pay the relevant government departments
The obligation of the amalgamating company to this government-operated retirement benefit plan is only to contribute a specified amount.
