1、Handling matters related to Board and shareholder meetings as required by law.
2、Record the minutes of BOD and Shareholder's Meeting.
3、Assisting directors and Independent director with on boarding and continuing education.
4、Providing Director 、Independent director with necessary information of professional practice.
5、Assisting directors and Independent Director in complying with legal requirements.
6、Other matters stipulated in the company's articles of association or contract.
